4. Payments and Billing
- Fees: The fees for our cleaning services are calculated on a per-job basis, depending on the total capacity of your solar system. Specific rates can be provided upon request and will be confirmed before service delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the management depending on the circumstances of the service cancellation.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your service subscription at any time; however, please note that any fees paid in advance may not be refundable in full.
